More Tears? Release Pain!

Last Sunday was hard on a lot of people. It brought up:
  • more tears
  • depression
  • accidents
  • feelings of loneliness or isolation
Where did it come from? From:
  • having old issues come up again when we thought they were solved
  • being faced with the consequences of poor choices
  • experiencing the consequences of complacency
  • the need to let go of our old stories about ourselves
Why?
Because as we are being birthed into a new level of consciousness (that is why your head feels squished) we absolutely MUST RELEASE our habit and memory of PAIN, from this life and from past lives.

What if we don't?

As we open up so Divine Light can come in, our energy circuits, chakras, meridians, nervous and endocrine systems, that hold onto old, heavy, stuck energy that is not compatible with pure Divine light, those circuits will be FRIED by the charge of so much pure energy.

What to do:
pain is a heavy vibration. Like bags of sand around your ankles, in your kidneys (fear), in your liver (anger), in our lungs (sadness). It is stopping you from leaping, from ascending, from soaring.

So LET IT GO! And open up to the Light.
Allow yourself to be attuned to a higher vibration.

Yes, it feels weird, yes you also let go of some people, yes you don't recognize your world for a while. Yes, that too can feel lonely for a while.

But better things are coming. This is a birth: new life! So push with me through that birth canal and I'll see you on the other side, where there is more Light.

Do you know someone whose life was changed by Reiki?

I started as a healer
when I became a Reiki Master 11 years ago. I still use Reiki daily: it's in my hands so it goes into everything I touch, cook, draw, paint and use.I also use it for "hands on" and remote healing to reduce pain pretty much instantly. It can also be used to smooth conflict and harmonize relationships. Over time it has become second nature to me and I use it as naturally and automatically as I breathe.

I teach Reiki to social workers, medical doctors and to parents. I attune their kids and show them how to use it to strengthen their loving bonds, to repair trust, and to lessen physical pain.

There are so many different types of Reiki nowadays and Reiki combines so well with whatever spiritual practice you may have, the possibilities are truly infinite.

Join me on Sunday at 2pm EST to discuss what Reiki is and all the different types along with ways you can use it to improve your family's life. Even if you think you already know a lot about Reiki, I am sure you will still learn something!

Why "Love" Hurts

"How did "love", life's greatest joy, our true nature become "unsafe"?" asked Ken Energy today on Twitter (@holymully). He asks the BEST questions! Honestly, the guy is a genius overflowing with compassion for humankind. Which is why his question resonates deeply into the pain of so many broken hearts.

I agree with Ken: Love is our true nature. We are Divine Love manifesting itself. We are Divine Joy incarnating.
That is why we enjoy "being IN love" so much: it reminds us of the Love Source that we used to be IN and that we come from. It reconnects us to our spiritual perfection. While the love connection is strong,
  • in a romantic relationship,
  • in a spiritual experience or
  • in a healing experience,
our emotions are at peace: bliss, heaven on earth.
It feels like:
" I love you now, in this moment and this is all that ever was, or ever will be." By @Adam Fyre ,the most gentle, in love with his wife poet on Twitter!

So many of us have done the work on ourselves and have learned to love deeply and to give generously. Why then does it also happen that we can create so much pain in the process of loving each other?

If we experience pain, clearly the opposite of love is at work. The great destroyer of love is fear. Fear of what?

Fear of receiving.

We all enjoy loving because it is an ACTION. It's Yang. It puts us in control. It's something we DO.

But being loved, receiving love, is more of a state of being. It's Yin, RECEPTIVE.

Now here is the catch: ready?

Being yin and receptive is how we were as infants. So if we had a good relationship with our carers we learned to trust deeply and bond at that very early, vulnerable and innocent time of our lives. We registered and still have good body and emotional memories of being cared for, held, vulnerable. These memories feel good and we can let go into that vulnerability again and again. We can allow ourselves to just be without doing. We know how to feel safe when we receive love. We know how to be intimate, emotionally as well as physically.

If you had an average Western infancy and childhood, chances are that the adults caring for you and holding you were at best tense, anxious, conflicted, emotionally repressed and at worst traumatized or traumatizing. You learned that:
being taken of care = experiencing tension
being taken care of = expecting uncertainty
being taken care of = experiencing pain
being taken care of = feeling fear

Intimacy? I think not!

You learned that:
receiving = being at risk of receiving tension, pain or fear
receiving = uncertain outcome.

Receiving? I think not!

You are going to want to AVOID at all cost the situations that remind you in any way of the situation where your vulnerability felt like powerlessness. That is when you have trouble letting go into intimacy, when you start making demands out of fear, when you create unreasonable attachments that stifle and constrict.

When we associate early memories with scary powerlessness, we become incapable of RECEIVING love. Or Love. We are still happy and keen to love others. But we cannot receive their love. That is when relationships hurt and then fail: everyone wants to love, to give (read: stay in control) and no one is receiving. Under the cover of love what is really taking place if a struggle for control and safety.

Most of us know how to love. We need to learn HOW TO RECEIVE LOVE.

It is easy and very possible to erase old memories and rewire our brain, our body and our energy system so we are free of negative associations. Contact me or any healer you trust to discuss this if you feel it would help you.

Do YOU know how to receive love and Love? Do you know how to BE IN LOVE and BE LOVE?

What does a Quantum Healer Do?

I remove pain and replace it with love.

That's what I do in a nutshell: take away the pain, erase the trauma and create joy.

We all have our history, and our stories, that we carry around: it is now proven that the body remembers everything that happened to it since conception (some would say before that: past lives, family karma, DNA). Whenever we have a strong emotion, positive (pleasure, love) or negative (fear, lack, jealousy), a chemical reaction happens that the body remembers. Sometimes we store some of the chemicals away in fat or in vital organs and they keep on telling that same old story, making us feel 'stuck' .

When the trauma is strong, the meridians, energy pathways and normal bodily functions can be disturbed, causing dis-ease on some level.

As a healer this is what I do :

1- I read your energy to find where the blocks are.

2- I ask your body, your soul or the Divine to show me/tell me the story: what happened? Why did it become the way it is now?

3- I ask your body how it wants to be for optimum health.

4- I dissolve the trauma, the bad memory or the negative pattern back into love (remember: energy never disappears, it can only be transformed into something else).

5- We download into your body the positive patterns needed for health.

Et voila: love is back. And love always flows. So as soon as the body is back to being love, its energy starts flowing back to health. Re-balancing.

Some clients experience pain relief from the moment I see or describe the pattern of their dis-ease, some feel the work as it is happening and others experience relief after the work is done. (Some individuals have changed just from meeting me on Twitter!)

That is what a Quantum Healer does: love you very much, talk to your body and listen to its story, transmute pain into love and send you home happy, to lead an easier life.

And why do I call it 'Quantum' Healing'?

Because when I work I see energy patterns. I watch them transform as you heal and they look very much like what quantum and string theory physicists describe both at sub-atomic level and out there in the universe.

Depression, for example, feels and looks to me like what scientists describe as a black hole. Past lives make a mockery of what we think of as 'time'. When I look at diabetes, I see crystals of insulin frozen by trauma like some strange chemical that cannot stay fluid under extreme conditions.

According to the physicist Jan Zaanen, "String Theory tells you that there are deep relationships between the nature of space and time and quantum physics."
(Jessica Griggs, New scientist, 1 June 2009)

And the depth of healing I am comfortable and fluent with tells you that there are deep relationships between the nature of space and time and quantum matter and your everyday life, your health and your happiness!

Stay tuned: I'll be discussing this in more details, this is why I created this blog
.

Remember: YOU can be pain free and have more love and joy in YOUR life as well. If you're in pain, this is for YOU!!

Loveshine Sunshine Friday

This is a collection of today's Twitter Quantum tweets!

The absence of love on some level is the source of all dis-ease.

Trauma separates us from love and creates hell. Restore love to remove pain.

The absence of love on some level creates illness. Be it human loneliness or anger at the divine.

Love is what we are so separation from love is the ultimate pain.

We love God when we love people. We self-realize when we love each other.

Don't tell me u're on a spiritual quest if you can't love people!

Surrendering to love, all love, that is the way to the Heart of God.

Find the Heart of God.
It's right there, under your nose.
Relax into it.
It will happen if you let it.

Don't think about it: just love.
Love him, love her, love yourself.
And before you know it, you love God!

Through loving each other absolutely we dissolve into the Divine.

I don't know what else to tell you but : love, love, love!

Write a book they say!
A book?
Here it is: "Love... Then love some more"

Mistakes,
trying our best,
forgetting,
forgiving,
befriending,
supporting,
listening:
loving.

Turn the Shame Into Love

I am in agony of pain. It doesn't happen often anymore. But today I am in agony of pain. On Twitter I am known as 'Happy Sophie', 'Wise Sophie', 'Wonderful Sophie'. All the loving things people say about me. I love Tweeples for saying all this and I love myself for bringing all these friends into my life, for creating a supportive reality on line as I already have in my beautiful little New England town.

My life is gooood in so many ways!

But today, another layer is being uncovered, another veil is being lifted. I was reading today's post on the Violence Unsilenced site and I remembered. It all came back flooding through me, through my body once again.

Of course
I have forgiven. Many times.
I bear no grudge. Anymore.
I understand why it happened. It was mostly PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder)
I want no revenge. The best revenge is to live well.
I know we are born good. Then stuff happens.

But this one sentence in today's post: "I think I was a very smart little girl to freeze the natural love a child feels for a parent because he was a violent, scary man." had me unexpectedly howling with pain as I realized how true that was of my own childhood. And in the next second I understood, in every cell of my body, why both my marriages failed: because as an infant I 'froze the natural love a child feels' and promptly became ashamed of myself for 'not being nice'. Because where love cannot be, other things take hold, like fear, shame, anger and distance. When we freeze love, normal flowing interactions stop. And that is exactly what happened in my parents home. I worked on it for years, healed many many layers and aspects of this horrendous mess. But today I realized that the last layer was shame. A shame so insidious, so much a pervasive part of who I have thought I was that it prevented me from seeing that sometimes the love is still frozen and I create or attract unnecessary distance in my life.

I am going to go to bed early. And in the morning Happy Sophie will work her magic, remove blocks, change patterns, dissolve shame into love and download joy. And I will be held and guided through it: two wonderful, sweet, supportive, compassionate, safe men are already scheduled to spend time with me tomorrow to coach me on how to move my life forward. They are exactly what I need and they are very typical of the men I bring into my life nowadays: sweet support. Fixers, not destroyers.

My life is good.

Thank you for reading. Thank you for hearing and seeing me. That is exactly what the victims, ex-victims and recovering soldiers of violence need: they need to be seen so that THE ABUSE STOPS. And I posted this today so that my shame stops here and now and is transmuted into love. So be it.

What are you going to do to dissolve shame into love for yourself or the people around you?
